Frontier Surveys assisted Repsol’s exploration drilling program planned for the 2015-2016 season. These activities were performed as part of a multi-year exploration drilling program to assess oil reserves within leases operated by Repsol. 

Repsol’s summer studies & winter exploration campaign program had its base of operations at the Mine Site F pad location with summer studies & exploration campaign work.

  • +/- 30 Miles of ice roads
  • +/- 10 Miles of secondary roads accessing lake resources
  • (1) 1000’x500’ Ice camp pad, (1) 500’x500’ Ice camp pad
  • (1) 250’x250’ Staging pad
  • (3) 500’x500’ Rig pads
  • 7 Ice bridges crossing the Colville River Delta
  • Well Conductor Stakeout & As-built
  • Provided bathymetry and fill calculations on possible river crossings
  • Provided year-around engineering support to Anchorage Repsol office
  • Provided all drawings in draft format to Anchorage team for review within 24 hours of collecting data
  • Winter Ice Road Construction Staking, Drill Site and Camp Pad Staking and Grading
  • Reclamation Regulatory Permitting
